Duties
\r\n\r\n- \r\n
- Ensures control of cabin crew operations in the passenger cabin and the management of safety and security \r\n
- Be accountable to senior management \r\n
- Follows applicable regulations and standards of the operator \r\n
- Acts as a liaison with regulatory authorities and other relevant external entities \r\n
- Oversees the execution of the Training and ln-flight Services strategy companywide \r\n
- Ensures that crew members’ mandatory trainings and related checks are managed in accordance to the applicable legislations \r\n
- Ensures quality procedures are established, updated and strictly implemented at all hubs as per required regulations \r\n
- Develops instructor skills and nominates potential candidates to CAAZ for the post of Designated Examiner \r\n
- Identifies training needs, produces training plans, manages training sessions and ensures appropriate standards are set and monitors results. \r\n
- Responsible for aircraft appearance and Cabin Crew uniform and overall appearance of the Flight. \r\n
- Manages customer feedback, complaints and collates information from customers regarding service standards, ensures effective implementation of briefings, training sessions, procedures \r\n
- Interfaces with Engineering regarding Cabin Appearance and defects to ensure that robust procedures are set in place to tackle faults/ feedback/ complaints /concerns are completed as per service level agreement \r\n
- Selects the service providers for catering and cleaning and monitors their performance through conducting regular audits. Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs') with each provider \r\n
- Selects the Contracts or agreements with service providers and shall have a process to identify and monitor with measurable specifications the requirements that affect the safety and/or security of cabin operations are being fulfilled by the service provider \r\n
Requirements

- Degree or any other relevant qualification \r\n
- Appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of CAAZ, Airline Operations and any other relevant regulatory bodies relating to flights and Cabin Crew. \r\n
- Possesses extensive experience of cabin crew operations \r\n
