Property Administrator

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Managing the maintenance of buildings.</li> <li>Administering and managing leases</li> <li>Managing facilities</li> <li>Managing soft services (cleaning, landscaping, security)</li> <li>Ensuring implementation of required property CAPEX works</li> <li>Ensuring timely implementation of all planned maintenance works</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinating all tenant requested works and delivery within authorized limit</li> <li>Ensuring quick turn around on all reported adhoc maintenance works</li> <li>Ensuring that void space is lettable and adequately secured and maintained</li> <li>Space marketing initiatives</li> <li>Grow Assets Under Management through selling property services product and<strong> </strong>acquisition and retention of new clients</li> <li>Complying with external and internal regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Managing staff performance, training and development</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A Degree in Rural and Urban Planning/ Real Estate Management/ Architecture or equivalent</li> <li>Valuation or Real Estate Certificate be an added advantage.</li> <li>At least 3 years leasing, property Management or Property Portfolio Management experience</li> </ul>
