- Obtain targets from manager and develop plan to ensure achievement by meeting with shop buyers weekly and generating orders.
- Supervise merchandisers when required in line with sales strategy and merchandiser manager directives.
- Mediating relationship between the company and the customers.
- Monitoring prices in-store to ensure products on shelf are priced as agreed.
- Conduct face to face interviews with buyer and end users and report back market research.
- Submit weekly sales report to sales.
- Check and confirm validity of breakages claims by customers and confirming products to be returned to the warehouse.
- Assist Credit Control Dept where necessary with the chasing up and collection of overdue debtors.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
