Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops ICT Applications plan based on Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Business Development and other departmental initiatives.
- Provides guidance and expert advice to technical staff from the provider perspective regarding design systems and processes that serve our customers
- Identify and implement solution across the business pillars to help synchronize and support efforts and direction of the company
- Develop and review policies, processes and procedures for the Department
- Guide the business in developing best in class processes and procedures to govern our businesses and minimize risks associated with internal and external fraud.
- Oversee the analysis of business requirements and approve documentation with system specifications that go to vendors or used internally for development work
- Establish and execute delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business
- Develop the necessary plan/s to ensure that the Department meets its agreed goals and objectives, meets departmental staff on a monthly basis, identifies and agrees key result areas, key objectives/tasks and action plans
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent plus relevant vocational qualification.
- An MBA would be an added advantage.
- Certification in Programming, Project Management and Agile Methodologies
- Understanding of Enterprise systems development and deployment
- Risk analysis/assessment experience a plus.
- 10 years experience and at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a similar or related environment.
