<p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develops ICT Applications plan based on Finance, Marketing, Commercial, Business Development and other departmental initiatives.</li> <li>Provides guidance and expert advice to technical staff from the provider perspective regarding design systems and processes that serve our customers</li> <li> Identify and implement solution across the business pillars to help synchronize and support efforts and direction of the company</li> <li>Develop and review policies, processes and procedures for the Department</li> <li>Guide the business in developing best in class processes and procedures to govern our businesses and minimize risks associated with internal and external fraud.</li> <li>Oversee the analysis of business requirements and approve documentation with system specifications that go to vendors or used internally for development work</li> <li>Establish and execute delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business</li> <li>Develop the necessary plan/s to ensure that the Department meets its agreed goals and objectives, meets departmental staff on a monthly basis, identifies and agrees key result areas, key objectives/tasks and action plans</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications And Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent plus relevant vocational qualification.</li> <li>An MBA would be an added advantage.</li> <li>Certification in Programming, Project Management and Agile Methodologies</li> <li>Understanding of Enterprise systems development and deployment</li> <li>Risk analysis/assessment experience a plus.</li> <li>10 years experience and at least 4 years in a managerial role</li> <li>Experience in a similar or related environment.</li> </ul>
