General Manager

Formulates short, medium and long-term action plans and targets for the organisation in line with the organisation’s overall strategy and the defined vision, mission and objectives of the organisation
\r\nLeads the translation of the organisational strategy into appropriate operational metrics, monitors delivery and institutes remedial action where necessary
\r\nEnsures compliance to organisation policies and governance guidelines
\r\nManages the business planning and financial forecasting cycles for the organisation
\r\nReviews departmental budgets and overall organisation budgets and submits to the Board for further approval
\r\nMonitors budget performance and variance and initiates corrective action.
