Workshop Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

\r\n
• Trade qualified (Class one Journeyman, Diesel Mechanics/Engineering)
\r\n
• Freightliner (Cummins, Detroit & ISX) , Volvo, and Powerland experience
\r\n
• Minimum of 8 years experience in workshop supervision plus 10 years trade experience.
\r\n
• Knowledge of basic workshop machining, welding processes and a sound knowledge of gearboxes and drivelines.
\r\n
• Excellent analytical skills;
\r\n
• Computer literate in word and excel preferable
\r\n
• Able to be convincing, communicatively strong
\r\n
• Excellent with training skills
\r\n
• Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures  and action plans
\r\n
• Fluent English speaking and excellent report writing skills
\r\n
• Good with keeping records and relevant information
\r\n
