- Assists in ensuring that fast moving spares are in stock at minimum reorder quantities at all times \r\n
- Assists in ensuring that workshop staff obtains requested spares in the shortest possible time. \r\n
- Issuing out stock as requested by workshops; \r\n
- Assists in ensuring that Bin-cards, Purchase order requisitions, job cards are updated and correctly entered into the computer on a daily basis \r\n
- Assists in conducting stock takes and spot checks on a regular basis \r\n
- Report variances to management; \r\n
- Responsible for the security of stock; \r\n
- Receiving stock and checking it against invoices; \r\n
- Assists in the maintenance of minimum and maximum stock balances; \r\n
- Assists in ordering stocks and other consumables \r\n
- Contribute for the continuous development of stores modules to benefit and reduce wasted time \r\n
- Contribute with any innovative ideas or ways that may improve the operations or efficiency of the company \r\n
