Foreman

Main Duties:

• Inspecting the route-identifying all road defects and provide technical intervention on identified defects
• Measure and quantify materials required for works to be done
• Monitor and supervise quality of work being done by subcontractors ensuring compliance to all legislated requirements ,method statements and specifications
• Prepare BOQs for identified works and scrutinizing submissions by subcontractors on specialized works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly works program and report-ensuring targets set are met and reporting ll disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering

• Ministry of Transport Training Center Certificate

• At least 3 years experience
