Duties and Responsibilities
\r\n\r\n- \r\n
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications \r\n
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks \r\n
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults \r\n
- Replacing parts as required \r\n
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports \r\n
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications \r\n
- Testing and evaluating new technology \r\n
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. \r\n
\r\n\r\n
Qualifications and experience
\r\n\r\n- \r\n
- Diploma in IT/Electronics \r\n
- Microsoft certified professional (MCP/CISCO certified professional) \r\n
- Minimum of 2 years in IT environment \r\n
