\r\nTo date, I believe my academic background, business knowledge and industry experiences have provided me with the credentials necessary to thrive in such a role. I attained an Honors Degree in Psychology with a strong focus on Human Resources and Occupational Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. The Human Resource Management related roles that I have held in previous years have equipped me with the understanding that assessing HR capacity; forecasting future requirements; identifying gaps and integrating the HR plan with the organization’s strategy is vital to the success of any organization.

\r\nMoreover, they have enabled me to fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment. They have fortified my research and organizational development abilities, enabling solid technical skills in Employee Relations Management; Recruitment; Training; Report writing and Benefits Administration. I have also had exposure in Labour litigation procedures; Trade union agreements; Labour Legislation including the LRA; NMWA; ITA; BCEA and the EE Act; CCMA rulings, dispute resolution and negotiation procedures.
