Nurse In Charge

Key Responsibilities

· Managing the Health Services Unit

· Performing administrative duties and managing the clinic budget

· Conducting counselling, health education and wellness programmes

· Assessing, diagnosing, treating or referring clients per need

· Conducting home and hospital visits

· Safeguarding clients files

· Conducting pre-employment medical examinations, per need

· Advising employees and management on interpretation and application of relevant health policies to ensure compliance

· Conduct branch and departments health inspections, annually

Skills required:

· Excellent nursing skills

· Good leadership, administrative and communication skills

· Wellness training, presentation and coaching skills

· Computer proficiency

· Psychosocial support and counselling skills

Qualifications required:

· Diploma in Nursing /State Registered Nurse

· Registered with Health Professions Council and Drug Control Council

· A clean Class 4 driver’s license

· At least 5 years experience
