Finance Reporting Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for ensuring all statutory/mandatory financial reporting is done accurately and timeously

2. Responsible for ensuring all tax reporting is done accurately & timeously

3. Responsible for the variance analysis process and providing detailed explanations for variances. Analyses all financial reports and advises Finance Director

4. Responsible for leading, managing & developing a high performing Reporting Finance team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values & Behaviors

5. Responsible for the company corporate risk controls & ensuring compliance with internal controls within the Finance area

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

· Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance

· CA/ACCA/CIMA qualification

· Good communication skills

· Pays attention to detail

· Excellent reporting skills

· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record demonstrating individual’s ability to maintain sound relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as being able to implement effective management systems
