Maintenance Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for civil, electrical, and mechanical maintenance of the processing plant.
• Ensures the Maintenance Department is run as per SOPs to minimize downtime and safety risk in the Processing Plant.
• Responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.)
• Responsible for managing the Maintenance Department workforce.
• Responsible for all Maintenance Department equipment, spares & tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
• 3 years experience
• Knowledge of Planned Maintenance, HACCP, FSMS, Health & Safety
