Contract Grower

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for allocated contract broiler farmers
2. Responsible for planning growers' requirements
3. Identifies new growers and analyses business plan with new grower
4. Ensures that allocated farmers achieve set KRAs
5. Designated to conduct in-house & and growers training as well as internal audits

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Animal Science tertiary educational qualification and demonstrable managerial experience.
• Sound knowledge of dynamics involved in growing chickens
• Proven track record demonstrating individual's ability to maintain sound relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as being able to implement effective management systems
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
