Growers Shop Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages Day Old Chicks and Feed sales by ensuring that all Sales KPIs are achieved and aligned with strategic corporate goals and within budget
• Responsible for sales management of Day-Old Chicks and Feed as per set budget & set KPIs in the Growers Shop.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining & building strong customer relationships
• Responsible for leading, managing & developing a high-performing growers shop team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values & Behaviours
• Ensures compliance with company SHE, GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices), and all other company SOPs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Relevant Business tertiary educational qualification
• 3 years’ demonstrable supervisory/managerial experience.
• Customer/Sales/Stock management experience
• Must be fluent in Ndebele Language.
