Warehouse Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the warehousing of processed chicken and table eggs sales as per SLAs, set budget & KPIs.
2. Responsible for ensuring that table eggs & processed chicken warehouses are stocked to avoid stockout & as per SOPs
3. Responsible for leading, managing & developing a high performing Warehousing team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values & Behaviors
4. Responsible for ensuring a strict stock management system is maintained in the warehouses

5.      Coordinates stock take to ensure all monthly stock take tasks are performed as per SOPs.

6.      Conducts extensive variance analysis post-stock take and spot checks.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or related
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the agro processing sector is an added advantage

·        Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

·        Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

·        Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

·        Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data

·        Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

·        Strong organizational and time management skills
