Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to the company on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local and international tobacco industry regulations
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to licensing requirements
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and policies
- Support internal teams with legal risk assessments and compliance initiatives
