Legal Officer

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the company on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with local and international tobacco industry regulations
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to licensing requirements
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and policies
• Support internal teams with legal risk assessments and compliance initiatives
