Main Duties:

  • Purchasing high-quality products.
  • Analysing and testing new products.
  • Follow up of daily market produce.
  • Controlling the proper storage of food.
  • Production of high-quality food
  • Random, regular check-up of all areas to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene.
  • Checking all food ingredients from the supplier at receiving bay.
  • Maximising the productivity of staff through proper supervision.
  • To ensure guest satisfaction in all food outlets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • At least 2 years experience
