Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
  • Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of factory systems
  • Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Administer servers, databases, and business applications.
  • Ensure high availability of systems and services through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide end-user support and training across departments, ensuring optimal usage of IT systems.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Lead IT projects including system upgrades, integrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Manage relationships with external IT service providers, vendors, and consultants.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor the IT team.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support team development.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
