Integrations & Development Specialist

Academic Qualifications Required and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•  3+ years of experience in a development or integrations-focused role.
• Proven experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier), middleware, and custom API development.

Primary Duties

•    Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions connecting systems such as MS Projects, Autodesk BIM 360, BuildSmart and custom applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
•  Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, data mapping documents, and operational runbooks.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and timely resolution for integration errors, data discrepancies, and system performance issues.
•  Develop and maintain custom scripts, applications, and APIs to extend the functionality of existing platforms.
•  Implement and enforce data governance, security protocols, and best practices across all integrations.
•  Manage integration projects through their entire lifecycle, from conception to deployment and support.
