Head of Engineering

Academic Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• A relevant post-graduate engineering qualification.
• An MBA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• 10 years’ post qualification experience in a mid-level to senior Engineering management role in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing new projects
• Experience with Capex and Opex planning and implementation
• Experience leading a multi-talented team of qualified and experienced Managers.
• Experience supervising all Engineering projects i.e. Electrical, Mechanical and Civils
