Senior Manager- Technical

•Plan, coordinate, allocate, and supervise maintenance activities and technical projects to ensure efficient operations.

•Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear and standby power systems.

•Manage HVAC, precision cooling and air conditioning systems for offices, data centres, vaults and critical facilities.

•Lead electrical, electronics and HVAC projects, including installations, upgrades and refurbishments.

•Conduct inspections, technical audits, and condition assessments to ensure equipment safety, compliance, and optimal performance.

•Develop, implement, and review engineering standards, technical procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

•Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate equipment, systems, and resource acquisitions.

• Identify training needs, develop competency frameworks, and ensure staff remain compliant with relevant legislation and industry standards.

• Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to Senior Management on maintenance performance, technical issues, and

continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and manage technical services budgets, asset lifecycles and capital projects.

• Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other facility management tools to monitor asset performance,

maintenance history and lifecycle costs.

• Resolve operational and technical challenges while promoting the efficient use of resources and ongoing process improvement.

• Lead, mentor and develop technical teams while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

• Provide support for mission-critical assignments involving electrical, electronic, and air-conditioning systems, and undertake any related

duties as assigned by management from time to time.
