Legal Officer

<p>Main duties</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for legal agreement framework management, implementation and directly responsible for interfacing company structures under the company portfolio</li> <li>reporting to the CEO and interfaces with company secretary office.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications and experience</p> <ul> <li>LLM in Commercial Law or Business Admnistration</li> <li>Registered member of an international or local Professional Practice Regulatory Institution.</li> <li>MBA Qualification or Executive Level Business Management credentials are essential</li> <li>Renewable Energy business knowledge, Solar PV, Hydrogen Economy and Zero Emmissions (ZE)</li> <li>Sound working knowledge of ZIDA</li> <li>Sound working knowledgeof Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and ZimParks Acts.</li> <li>Mandatory certification in Fraud Examination</li> <li>5 years experience</li> </ul>
