Ph.D., MSc, B.Eng. (Hons) in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Electronic, and Software Engineering) or any other relevant field of study.
Registered Member of an international or local Professional Practice Regulatory Institution e.g. Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE) which will be a pre – requisite must or International Membership IEEE (US), MIET (UK), MInstChengEng (UK), Pr.Eng.
Must have an established record of technical publications or high – level presentation.
MBA Qualification or Executive Level Business Management credentials are essential.
Renewable Energy business knowledge, Solar PV, Hydrogen Economy and Zero Emissions (ZE) Mobility inclusive Fuel Cell Electric (FCE) technologies prior knowledge.
Sound working knowledge of ZIDA - Special Economic Zones (SEZs) protocol or rules.
Sound working knowledge of Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) and ZimParks Acts.
Sound knowledge of power regulatory frameworks, SHE, and ISO Quality Standards.
Mandatory Network Management Certification e.g. Microsoft Certified Network Eng.
10+ Years Post–Graduate Experience with SADC and or International Work Experience.
