<p>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Cook meals</li> <li>Plan meals for Staff</li> <li>Ensure hygiene standards in kitchen</li> <li>Liaise with HR regarding special diets</li> <li>Purchasing of Ingredients &amp; Stock Control</li> <li>Assist generally in the kitchen as directed.</li> <li>Maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and agreed.</li> <li>Responsibly use of resources and help control expenses</li> <li>Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>5 O&rsquo; levels</li> <li>Certificate/Diploma in cookery</li> <li>2 years&rsquo; relevant experience</li> </ul>
