MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cook meals
  • Plan meals for Staff
  • Ensure hygiene standards in kitchen
  • Liaise with HR regarding special diets
  • Purchasing of Ingredients & Stock Control
  • Assist generally in the kitchen as directed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and agreed.
  • Responsibly use of resources and help control expenses
  • Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 O’ levels
  • Certificate/Diploma in cookery
  • 2 years’ relevant experience
