<p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.</li> <li>Registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe or equivalent foreign/regional body.</li> <li>At least 10 years’ experience as a civil engineer of which five (5) years should have been as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer on Housing Infrastructure Development and Construction and/or Municipal Engineering Services projects.</li> <li>Extensive experience in the design and construction supervision of urban roads, water, and sewerage reticulation systems.</li> <li>Knowledge of ZGCC and local Procurement Regulations will be an advantage.</li> <li>Familiarity with AUTOCAD, GIS, MS PROJECT, MS WORD & MS EXCEL is a must.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to present ideas in a concise and logical format.</li> </ul>
