Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.
Registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe or equivalent foreign/regional body.
At least 10 years’ experience as a civil engineer of which five (5) years should have been as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer on Housing Infrastructure Development and Construction and/or Municipal Engineering Services projects.
Extensive experience in the design and construction supervision of urban roads, water, and sewerage reticulation systems.
Knowledge of ZGCC and local Procurement Regulations will be an advantage.
Familiarity with AUTOCAD, GIS, MS PROJECT, MS WORD & MS EXCEL is a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in a concise and logical format.
