Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the Group of Companies legal portfolio
- Examining and drafting contracts to be entered into by the Group of Companies
- Representing the Group on all legal issues
- Training and advising staff on all legal issues
- Monitoring the Group’s compliance with various laws, procedures and statutes.
- Performing company secretarial work
Qualifications and Experience
- Legal and Banking experience of at least 3 years
- Degree in Law: LLB Honours Degree
- CIS or IOBZ
- Registered as a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer
- Thorough Knowledge of Commercial and General Law
