Qualifications and Experience A minimum of a Trade qualification (Class one Journeyman, Diesel Mechanics/ Engineering) Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent will be an added advantage. A Minimum of 8 years’ experience in workshop supervision plus 10 years’ trade experience. Knowledge of Freightliner (Cummins, Detroit & ISX), Volvo, Deutz and Caterpillar engines. Knowledge of basic workshop machining, welding processes and a sound knowledge of gearboxes and drivelines.
