Farming Operations Graduate Trainee

Reports Purpose to: Section Manager

Major Functions: To undergo a 2 -year intensive and competency -based training program on fruits (bananas, avocados & apples) and flowers agriculture growing practices.

• Strong attention to detail,
• Proactive and entrepreneurial bent,
• Curious and demanding of new knowledge and its transfer,
• Proven ability to build and be mentored into an outstanding individual

Computer proficiencies: - Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point plus experience with Sage Evolution

Salary: Negotiable

Minimum Requirements:

• A 1st Class degree in an Agriculture related field and a 1st Class Diploma will be applicable,
• Should be willing to be placed at any of our operations around Zimbabwe.
• Be aged 25 years or below
