Basic Function

  • Receives and sends communication on orders mainly on E-mail, from customers and/or other stakeholders
  • Total customer account management
  • Customer Order and document tracking
  • Customer financial status tracking
  • Maximum use of computer programs for increased productivity
  • Analyses and offers customers beneficial technical solutions to on customs clearance

Qualifications

  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Public relations or Communication
  • Diploma in Customs Legislation & Procedures or any Dip. in Shipping
  • At least 3 years’ experience
  • Clean Class 4 Drivers Licence
