Marketing Manager

Main Duties: Strategic marketing leadership Product and delivery channel development Business development and project management Branding and brand communications Customer experience management Oversee public relations and publicity activities Staff management Formulates and implements strategic plan for the business unit. Oversees the implementation of business unit budgets. Develops the sales and marketing plan for mortgage business and property development projects. Sources mortgage/ housing development finance in liaison with local, regional and international mortgage/property development funders. Monitors margins for each product and recommends appropriate pricing strategies. Oversees underwriting of mortgage business. Prospects and recommends land banks for housing projects Oversees delivery of the Bank’s property development projects. Trains, coach, motivate and maintain an effective team. Manages stakeholder relationships. Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Marketing degree or equivalent Professional marketing qualification is a must Five years’ experience in marketing at a senior level. Highly innovative with digital marketing skills. Customer centric, tactical thinking and business acumen.
