Infrastructure Manager

Main Duties: Leads the designing, testing, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure technologies. Recommends cost sensitive and effective connectivity solutions both on LAN and WAN. Reviews, researches and recommends network products, services, protocols and standards to support network procurement and development. Checks and enforces adherence of the Infrastructure, Networks and Security to compliance with Internal Audit and regulatory bodies. Participates in the formulation of IT policies and procedures. Manages Service Level Agreements and Contracts in line with Infrastructure and Security. Enforces business continuity and risk mitigation measures to protect information systems and ICT assets. Identifies staff training and development needs and recommends courses to enhance operational efficiencies. Manages the IT Security awareness programs. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. Postgraduate IT professional qualification in Networks. Certification on IT Security an added advantage 3 years’ experience in Infrastructure and Security Management in a financial services environment
