Duties and Responsibilities: Managing production activities on the line in order to meet production output targets Facilitating sourcing of raw and packaging materials from Stores through reservations in SAP system. Managing manpower utilization and supervision of shop floor level employees. Monitoring material usage through yields analysis and backflushing of semi-finished and finished products using SAP system. Implementation of ISO systems. The ideal incumbent should have the following: Bachelor of Science Degree (Food Science and Technology or any other related degree). A minimum of 2 years working experience. Knowledge of Basic Dairy Technology and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.
