Laboratory Technician

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performing inline checks and monitoring processes.</li> <li>Raw materials sampling and testing.</li> <li>Testing of shelf life samples.</li> <li>Microbial analysis of material, in process and finished products.</li> <li>Implementation of ISO systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Food Processing or equivalent.</li> <li>One-year relevant experience.</li> <li>Minimum 6 O level passes including Mathematics and English</li> <li>Computer literacy and working knowledge of SAP.</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 an added advantage.</li> <li>Must have sense of integrity and highly developed analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.</li> </ul>
