Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing inline checks and monitoring processes.
- Raw materials sampling and testing.
- Testing of shelf life samples.
- Microbial analysis of material, in process and finished products.
- Implementation of ISO systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Food Processing or equivalent.
- One-year relevant experience.
- Minimum 6 O level passes including Mathematics and English
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 an added advantage.
- Must have sense of integrity and highly developed analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
