Finance Director

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advise the CEO and Senior Management Team on all matters relating to financial performance and provide guidance on financial strategy</li> <li>Implement robust financial systems and developing policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the Bank</li> <li>Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning process</li> <li>Control all financial and accountancy matters including month end reports, management accounts, cash flow management, statutory accounts, presentation of management information and KPIs</li> <li>Ensure legal and regulatory documentation is filed, and monitoring internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations</li> <li>Recommend funding sources for investment programmes and calculate the likely return on investment</li> <li>Evaluate the financial potential and risk of Bank&rsquo;s activities such as investments, expansion and acquisition plans</li> <li>Manage the Bank&rsquo;s liquidity, ensuring that it always has access to cash and sources of credit</li> <li>Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers</li> <li>Coordinate corporate finance, debt, taxation, equity and acquisitions</li> <li>Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Accounting and Finance;</li> <li>Must be a Chartered Accountant;</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Managerial level.</li> </ul>
