<p>Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by Air Zimbabwe to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for the position below:</p> <p><strong>Manager Finance</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>Responsible for developing appropriate business strategies that promote growth and maximizing profitability.</p> <p><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <p>•Establish and maintaining adequate financial controls for the airline;</p> <p>•Maintain and developing disaster recovery plans for the airline;</p> <p>•Co-ordinate, analyze and present the airline’s operating and capital budgets;</p> <p>•Negotiate business contracts;</p> <p>•Treasury Management;</p> <p>•Financial Management;</p> <p>•Manage the Airlines’ e-business portfolio comprising of information management systems, telecommunication systems and network support system;</p> <p>•Lead, direct, coach and supervise subordinate staff.</p> <p><br /> <br /> <strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <p>•An Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree from a recognised University;</p> <p>•A relevant Master’s degree from a recognised University is an added advantage;</p> <p>•Minimum 10 years of experience of which 5 years must have been at management level.</p>
