Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by Air Zimbabwe to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for the position below:

Manager Finance

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing appropriate business strategies that promote growth and maximizing profitability.

Main Duties:

•Establish and maintaining adequate financial controls for the airline;

•Maintain and developing disaster recovery plans for the airline;

•Co-ordinate, analyze and present the airline’s operating and capital budgets;

•Negotiate business contracts;

•Treasury Management;

•Financial Management;

•Manage the Airlines’ e-business portfolio comprising of information management systems, telecommunication systems and network support system;

•Lead, direct, coach and supervise subordinate staff.

Qualifications and Experience

•An Accounting, Business Administration or similar degree from a recognised University;

•A relevant Master’s degree from a recognised University is an added advantage;

•Minimum 10 years of experience of which 5 years must have been at management level.
