<p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Degree/Diploma in Catering and hospitality/ Professional Cookery</li> <li>2-4 years in similar role</li> <li>Hospitality added advantage</li> <li>Must be 22 to 30 years of age</li> </ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Manage food costing and inventory.</li> <li>Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulation</li> <li>Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard</li> <li>Taking Canteen order numbers from supervisors every morning and cooking according to the orders given</li> <li>Maintaining a Canteen inventory register and minimizing wastage</li> <li>Adhering to the agreed menus</li> <li>Adhere to safety health environment and quality systems</li> </ul>
