Manages, coordinates and supervises maintenance planning in accordance with the Maintenance Program approved by the Authority.
Complys with applicable regulations and standards of the Operator.
All maintenance carried out in accordance with policies and procedures contained in the Maintenance Management Manual (MMM).
Ensures planned maintenance activities are executed according to deadline.
Plans and prepares all outsourced base maintenance activities in coordination with the fleet planning department .
Responsible for outstation maintenance support set-up, contracts and follow-up; insourced third party maintenance contracting and follow-up, and special projects involving production and/or planning departments according to company requirements.
Analyses, defines and implements procedures, applications and tools both intra- and inter-department to minimize downtimes.
Manages safety risks in maintenance operations.

Requirements
Bachelor degree Aviation (or equivalent by experience)
Aircraft Engineer’s licence
Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience in production, planning or engineering functions
People manager, communicator and team player
Strong negotiator on financial as well as technical fields
Ability to translate strategic vision into project plans and tangible time phased actions
Financial knowledge of cost accounting and investment analysis and the impact on the Profit & Loss
