Supervisor Operations Control Center

Duties

\r\n
• Assigns Aircraft to schedules
\r\n
• Manages crew planning, rosters and daily movements
\r\n
• Maintains Operations Control Documents and Manuals
\r\n
• Engages in the control and supervises flight and ground operations whilst observing company polices
\r\n
• Competent in all functions of operational control (preflight preparation, flight planning, flight monitoring and post-flight documentation)
\r\n
• Oversees support, briefing and/or assistance given to crews for the safe conduct of the flight
\r\n
• Coordinates with maintenance operations control
\r\n
• Coordinates with ATC
\r\n
• Coordinates with Customer Service
\r\n
• Coordinates with Training and Standards
\r\n

Requirements

\r\n\r\n

\r\n
• Degree or any other relevant qualifications
\r\n
• Suitably qualified and licensed in accordance with CAAZ CAR requirements
\r\n
• Appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of CAAZ, IASA, Airline operations and any other relevant regulatory bodies relating to flights and Cabin Crew.
\r\n
• Extensive experience in Operations Control and duty time limitations and has knowledge of fatigue risk management
\r\n
