Their role:
Support the Marketing department in the planning and implementation of all brand plans and ownership of operational tasks to achieve department goals.
JOB SCOPE: (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of marketing plans and brand communication strategies.
- Contributing to the development of Innovations, project tracking and launch.
- Working closely with Research companies for consumer/market trend analysis.
- Conceptualizing and implementing instore execution, go to market initiatives and events.
- Work closely with digital marketing partners to develop strong exciting campaigns that reinforce brand imagery and engagement on social media platforms.
- Timeously prepare and submit reports on competitive landscape and portfolio performance.
- Handles, tracks, and resolves all consumer complaints in relation to standing procedures.
The Person:
- Marketing degree.
- Digital Marketing Certificate.
- Proficient in MS office.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG marketing.
- Vibrant and go getter personality with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Creative & innovative thinker, with an eye to detail.
