IT Officer

Main Duties:

• Investigate and diagnoses network and hardware problems.
• Installation and configuration of all IT Solutions.
• Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and back up.
• Troubleshoot and resolves hardware connections, printer and software issues reported.
• Repairs and replaces hardware parts as required.
• Firewall management.
• Supervising all IT support.

Qualification:

• Degree in Information Technology or relevant qualification
• At least 3 years experience
