Exports Sales Administrator

Main Duties:

• Coordinates exports orders and liaise with the production and logistics team
• Facilitate all exports documentation
• Liaises with the sales team to ensure that export invoices are raised on time
• Explores new export sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.
• Undertakes competitor analysis, monitor market trends and recommend actions to be taken.
• Maintains strict compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinates with customers and ensures that they receive their consignment on time.
• Prepares export sales reports and reconciliations.
• Conducts any other duties that may be assigned by the superior

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales/ Marketing
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
