Exports Sales Administrator

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates exports orders and liaise with the production and logistics team</li> <li>Facilitate all exports documentation</li> <li>Liaises with the sales team to ensure that export invoices are raised on time</li> <li>Explores new export sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers.</li> <li>Undertakes competitor analysis, monitor market trends and recommend actions to be taken.</li> <li>Maintains strict compliance with export regulations.</li> <li>Coordinates with customers and ensures that they receive their consignment on time.</li> <li>Prepares export sales reports and reconciliations.</li> <li>Conducts any other duties that may be assigned by the superior</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Diploma in Sales/ Marketing</li> <li>At least 3 years experience in a similar role</li> </ul>
