<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver all technical skills training programmes for the Group.</li> <li>Perform individual learning needs analyses and implement relevant competency acquisition programmes.</li> <li>Performance planned and ad-hoc skills audits to feed into the strategic people resourcing and succession planning processes.</li> <li>Ensure business continuity by running relevant technical programmes.</li> <li>Ensure learning application through learning evaluation in line with the ROI methodology.</li> <li>Manage effective new employee assimilation by deploying appropriate on-boarding interventions.</li> <li>Implement sustainable technical knowledge management interventions.</li> <li>Effectively manage training material and financial resources for the Group.</li> <li>Initiate, catalyse and/or facilitate change and transformation processes within the business, by acting as the change agent for technical projects</li> <li>Implementation of all HR projects and Company OD programmes related to technical training</li> <li>Performance consulting on business process framework in line with international guidelines and standards and recommend on own-run/outsource decisions</li> <li>Measure improvements in employees&rsquo; job performance at the end of each course</li> <li>Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process</li> <li>Manage the Apprentice program for the Group.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>Apprentice trained in Auto Electrics/ Motor Mechanics</li> <li>Degree/ Diploma in Training an added advantage</li> <li>Motor Industry technical know-how a must</li> <li>5 years post Apprentice experience</li> <li>Good written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Class 4 driver&rsquo;s license</li> </ul>
