Assistant Accountant-Creditor

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities/Duties:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Preparing Foreign and Local Supplier Recons.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Posting of Invoices and Credit notes&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Preparing Lead Schedules for financial statements and management accounts.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Preparing Weekly and Monthly reconciliations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintaining Creditors documents&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Adhering to safety health environment and quality systems&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Responsible for the Payables Module.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications and Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;3-4 years in similar role&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;A Degree in Accounting&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Knowledge of Managing Payables Module&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Software: Pastel Evolution/ Excel/ Sage 1000&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;
