<p><strong>Overall Job Purpose </strong></p> <p>To steer the Company to be the leading and preferred market-driven passenger transport operator in the region.</p> <p><strong>Duties </strong><strong>and Responsibilities </strong></p> <p>&bull;Provides leadership and strategic direction to the organization</p> <p>&bull; Monitor and stay abreast of industry, national and global developments, trends and events to ensure the company is able to maintain its competitive positioning</p> <p>&bull; Collaborate with the Board on the company&rsquo;s vision, mission, strategies and plans to ensure achievement set targets.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <p>&bull;A first degree in a relevant areas of Business, Engineering, Finance, Transport and Logistics</p> <p>&bull;A Post Graduate Degree Qualification is an added advantage</p> <p>&bull;A proven performance track record</p> <p>&bull;At least ten years experience in senior management position(s)</p>
