Overall Job Purpose

To steer the Company to be the leading and preferred market-driven passenger transport operator in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Provides leadership and strategic direction to the organization

• Monitor and stay abreast of industry, national and global developments, trends and events to ensure the company is able to maintain its competitive positioning

• Collaborate with the Board on the company’s vision, mission, strategies and plans to ensure achievement set targets.

Qualifications and Experience

•A first degree in a relevant areas of Business, Engineering, Finance, Transport and Logistics

•A Post Graduate Degree Qualification is an added advantage

•A proven performance track record

•At least ten years experience in senior management position(s)
