Stock Controller

<p><strong>DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for monitoring stock levels</li> <li>Ensures departments delivery days are adhered to</li> <li>Conducts weekly spot checks and monthly stocktakes</li> <li>Completes a weekly &amp; monthly Stocks &amp; Variance report</li> <li>Assesses stock quality weekly and completes a Stock Status Report</li> <li>Responsible for safety of stock by making sure the Central Stores Warehouses are secure </li> <li>Ensures compliance with all relevant SOPs </li> <li>Assists Procurement team with identifying stock trends</li> <li>Responsible for supervising Central Stores team members </li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma in Logistics /Supply Chain /Inventory Management from a recognised institution.</li> <li>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role</li> <li>Knowledge of Stock ERP &amp; Excel</li> </ul>
