Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategic brand direction and longer-term brand vision that is consistent with the organization’s priorities and objectives.
  • Monitors all marketing and branding activities for the organization.
  • Directs the evaluation of brand portfolio including brand definition, proposition and promotion.
  • Plans and executes annual marketing campaigns to grow sales revenue.
  • Attains monthly sales targets through a motivated sales force.
  • Develops and implements business plans for the territory.
  • Ensures effective implementation of all sales and marketing programs to build brand visibility and profitable brands.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc in Marketing.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
