Merchant Acquiring Manager

4+ years’ in a card acquiring, merchant relationship and mobile money acceptance in a senior or management role

Responsible for all electronic banking applications to ensure adoption, usage, availability and enhancement of functionality

Engagement with business owners at a senior level to acquire new business

Engagement with shop supervisors and managers to ensure device active ratio is as per set targets

Regular engagement with branch and head office unit staff to create awareness of digital banking products

Ensure devices/payment points are deployed at quality merchants

Engagement with technology teams to ensure system availability

Attending business meetings with customers to address any challenges raised

Maintain all product governance papers
