Job Purpose

• Diploma/HND in Banking & Finance / Accounting or equivalent
\r\n
• School Leavers with Good commercial subjects passes at A’ Level are encouraged to apply

• Aged below 25 years of age
\r\n
• Keen learner and have passion for development finance in the microfinance industry
\r\n

• Highly ambitious and self-motivated with good marketing skills
\r\n
• High energy and discipline levels
\r\n
• Strong negotiation, relationship building, problem solving, and analytical skills.
\r\n
• Results Oriented – Meet targets and deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands
\r\n
• Ability and willingness to interact / work with all types of individuals is important.
\r\n
• Willing and prepared to work in any part of the country
