Trainee Loan Officer

Job Purpose 

We are in search of young, energetic and ambitious individuals willing to go through an intensive training and deployment program for a minimum period of 12 months. Individuals who meet the following minimum requirements are invited to apply:

Qualifications

• Diploma/HND in Banking & Finance / Accounting or equivalent


• School Leavers with Good commercial subjects passes at A’ Level are encouraged to apply

Person specifications

• Aged below 25 years of age


• Keen learner and have passion for development finance in the microfinance industry

• Highly ambitious and self-motivated with good marketing skills


• High energy and discipline levels


• Strong negotiation, relationship building, problem solving, and analytical skills.


• Results Oriented – Meet targets and deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands


• Ability and willingness to interact / work with all types of individuals is important.


• Willing and prepared to work in any part of the country
