Purpose of the Job:
To provide and ensure dedicated care to the properties assigned
The Job Entails:
- Conducting daily maintenance checks
- Conducting minor repairs on building
- Attending to customer complaints
- Monitoring activities of other caretakers
- Requesting for maintenance of installed plants where necessary
strong>Qualifications
- At least 2 “A” levels including English
- Technical qualifications such as Diploma/ certificate in Plumbing , Engineering , electrical , etc
- At least 5 years relevant experience
Skills Required
- Ability to fix minor jobs and breakdowns on the building/property
- High levels of honesty and intergrity
- Self motivated person who should be available for emergencies during weekends and after hours
- Must be able to work long hours under minimum supervision
- Good command of spoken English
