Senior Caretaker

Purpose of the Job:

\r\nTo provide and ensure dedicated care to the properties assigned\r\n

The Job Entails:

\r\n

• Conducting daily maintenance checks
\r\n
• Conducting minor repairs on building
\r\n
• Attending to customer complaints
\r\n
• Monitoring activities of other caretakers
\r\n
• Requesting for maintenance of installed plants where necessary
\r\n

strong>Qualifications

\r\n

\r\n
• At least 2 “A” levels  including English
\r\n
• Technical qualifications such as Diploma/ certificate in Plumbing , Engineering , electrical , etc
\r\n
• At least 5 years relevant experience
\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Skills Required

\r\n\r\n

\r\n
• Ability to fix minor jobs and breakdowns on the building/property
\r\n
• High levels of honesty and intergrity
\r\n
• Self motivated person who should be available for emergencies during weekends and after hours
\r\n
• Must be able to work long hours under minimum supervision
\r\n
• Good command of spoken English
\r\n
